Hi all,
I have a large double room to rent in a bright and spacious 2 bedroom property. The property is fully furnished and newly decorated with a well equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and a spacious and comfortable living room. The property is a 10 minute walk from Bow Road Tube Station and 5 minutes from Bow Church DLR.
The rent is £730 per calendar month, bills excluded.
I'm looking to find a replacement to take my place in the property as I am hoping to move elsewhere soon. Looking to find someone who is fairly clean, easy-going and who won't mind my current flatmate practicing piano at agreed times during the day. (not in the evening)
Current flatmate is very friendly and easy to get on with and very clean. She is a Music student graduate and needs to practice during the day.
