Room in East London seeks decent human being
Hi!
We are six people (including you) living in a four-storey house that has a living room with a telly and maybe one of the most comfortable sofas on earth, tons of plants, a massive kitchen, a gloriously green garden complete with picnic table and bbq and a slightly passive aggressive cat that sometimes comes in for a stroll.
You will be sharing with a mix of people who all work in creative industries. 4 boys and 1 girl are staying in the house, so it would be great if you’re a girl.
The room is 10 square metres and comes furnished with a lovely bed, one chest of drawers (the two in here at the moment do make the room a bit cramped) and plenty of storage space in the two alcoves.
The rent is £555, plus bills (around £30-50 depending on season) and that includes a cleaner that comes once a week to make sure the common spaces are nice and… clean.
Move-in date is as soon as possible.
Wanna come have a look at the room and meet us? Just message!
