Big bright double room close to Mile End

We are looking for a young professional to take the big double room of our flat which is located in a very nice neighbourhood, about 5' walk from Bow Road tube station (District, Hammersmith) and 10' walk from Mile End tube station (Central, District, Hammersmith). The flat is on the 2nd floor, is quite bright, warm and cosy. The room is spacious, has a double bed, 2 big closets, window and balcony door. There is a nice living room, a good sized kitchen and a bathroom.
There is very good transportation towards the centre of London as apart from the tube stations mentioned above, there is a 24h bus going to Oxford Circus and a night bus going to Paddington.
The potential flatmate will be living with a professional musician/pianist who gives concerts and works in music schools.
