The room is £670 per month and is available from the 5th May. The room comes with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. We are looking for one new housemate who is easygoing, considerate and tidy.

It's a fantastic and spacious four bedroom period property, and has its own garden. You'll be sharing with Tash, a 30 year old charity fundraiser Aaron a 27 year old paralegal and Rich, a 31 year old who works for a social enterprise (he will be moving in soon). We like to socialise with shared meals, going to the pub or Sunday night movies with our current housemates, and are looking for people who can keep that homely feel. We all have our own things going on as well, so respect each others' space. It's a truly great place to live, with our old flatmates being here for three years and 16 months respectively.

The house is fully furnished with a shared living room (including Sky+ and unlimited broadband) and fully equipped kitchen for any keen cooks. We're in the process of getting a cleaner, and we expect this shouldn't be more than £10 each per month (additional).

We are minutes from Bow Road station (district and Hammersmith & City line), Bow Church station two minutes away (DLR), 10 minute walk from Mile End station (Central line) and minutes from numerous buses, some running 24 hours.

We are really spoiled for choice with good pubs and restaurants nearby. Victoria Park is a 10 minute walk away, Westfield shopping centre (10 minutes away), Brick lane and Shoreditch (20 minutes away), the City (10 minutes away) and Central London (20 minutes away).
