Looking for a new tenant for a room I am currently occupying.
This is a double room with a balcony. Lots of storage space as in a built in wardrobe and a storage room right next to this room.
The flat is very clean and is expected to stay this way. The kitchen is big and has a 6 seat dinning table in the middle. There is a bathroom on the second floor and an additional seperate toilet on the first floor.
The flatmates are very friendly, 2 lithuanian girls and 1 brazilian guy.
