Hey guys,

We are one woman, one man and a thirteen year old cat (Didina). We are a LGBTQ+ friendly flatshare.

We are looking for a flatmate, as we will have a spare single room in a 3 bedroom garden flat, starting from the 12th of July 2024.

We are 2 professionals, friendly and outgoing , but we also enjoy our own time.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person to join our tiny but cosy flatshare. We are looking for someone with similar vibes to us and who can enjoy their stay amicably and peacfully. Also, for obvious reasons, our new flatmate must like cats. We are hoping to find matching vibes, and potentially a new friend.

Our Flat is located on the ground floor of a Victorian house in a great location:

● 2 min walk to Brent Cross tube station (northern line is opened also during the night on weekends)
● 10 min walk to Brent Cross shopping centre
● 5 min walk to a big Tesco
● 20 min walk to Brent Cross West train staion

The flat is simple and modern:

● Open plan kitchen / living room
● Rear shared garden • Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, oven etc.
● Fast Wi-Fi

The single room to let is small ( hence the low renting price) but it comes furnished with a single bed, a desk and foldable chair. The room also has an extra, spacious built-in wardrobe included.

Rent and bills are paid montly. The single room price per month is 520£ including bills. A signed agreement will be provided. All bills are INCLUDED, these are as listed below:
● council tax
● water
● gas
● electricity
● tv licence
● Fast virging fibre broadband wifi
● neflix in the living room tv
● toilet paper and shared house cleaning products

NOTE: bills and rent are reviewed on a yearly basis, usually around April time to compensate for bills/rent increments (usually around 10/15£ per year).

Smoking allowed outside only, not in the rooms nor shared living area.
