Hi! Seeking female flatmate for a lease takeover for my room from the beginning of April until the end of the lease in October! It’s the largest room in a 4 bed household with 3 young work professionals/creatives! We have an amazing kitchen/living room area that houses our washer, fridge/freezer, electric stovetop, microwave, oven, toaster, and the table and couch we all lounge around on when we’re working! The flat is on the 2nd floor (stair access) with two levels two it and on the first floor we have the common area + one of the other flatmates bedrooms, and on the 2nd floor are the two wet rooms housing the toilet and shower + the 3 other bedrooms. Wi-Fi is about 9 pounds a month, and outside of rent you’d just be paying for water ( about £11 per month) & energy utilities (about £13 per month) and council tax ( about £100 a month if you’re not a student). Rent is paid quarterly (The remaining quarters are from April 14- July 14 and July 14-October 14). Deposit is £1022, payable upon signing onto the lease. Let me know if you’re interested!
