Spacious bedroom in house with garden - Shoreditch

Hey everyone

I am looking for someone to replace me in a shared house. The room has a double bed, is large, and bright. It is single occupancy only (no couples, sorry).

About the house:
The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (so you would share a bathroom with only one other person). There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen/living space is fully furnished with a large range cooker, fridge freezer, two sinks, a dishwasher, and direct access onto a lovely south facing terrace/garden, perfect for the upcoming summer! There is also space to park a car.

Housemates: you will share the house with 3 professional men in their 20s and 30s, all are very chilled, easy-going, and respectful of your personal space.

The location: the house is located in a quiet street just a few seconds from Brick Lane and the vibrant Shoreditch area. The closest station is Shoreditch High Street overground station (c. 5 mins walking).

The monthly rent is £1250 which includes all bills, wifi, as well a cleaner every 2 weeks for the communal areas. Deposit is 1 month rent and there is £150 in addition for the admin fees.

The initial contract would be until end August (so a short let), with the option to extend for 12 months if you so wished.
