Hello!

My name is Ashley and my lovely friend Luke has recently bought a flat so unfortunately he's moving out on the 9th June.

A bit about the flat; it's a two bed with one box room (mine) and one bigger room which has enough space for a work from home set up, a large built in wardrobe and a Juliet balcony that overlooks the courtyard and faces west. Room is £1100 and bills are £190. The living room is spacious and lovely to chill in and have friends over. The flat itself is on the 3rd floor which is accessible by stairs and is in a gated complex which feels nice and secure. Neighbours are lovely and we've had no issues with anyone!

The flat's really well connected and is easily walkable to Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Shoreditch High Street, and is also a lovely walk to Liverpool St.

A bit about me, I'm a young professional working hybrid 2-3 days in the office and the rest either at home or at my boyfriend's house. I am part of an LGBTQ+ swim club and spend a few nights a week training. I love to see friends and have a few East but always looking for more so if you like a few drinkies at the Queen Adelaide we could be a match.
