BRICK-LANE Large Bright Double room

Note there are two rooms available:
I have a clean large bright double room, with a double bed available for rent. And a smaller single bright room

In our bright clean flat moments away from brick lane and shoreditch high street station. The flat is located at 4 minute walk from brick lane, and the closest station is shoredicth high street. It is also easily accessible to Liverpool street station.

I currently work as a doctor and have moved out of London for work. I own the flat and have renovated and invested some money since moving out by fitting a new modern kitchen not shown in picture and hard wood flooring.

The large double room contains a balcony door and another window so lets in a lot of light, the room is furnished.
There is no lounge, but you would be living with two pleasant other people, The first is Matthias a postgraduate student at LSC and new flatmate (currently being advertised for ) . I am looking for a neat and tidy, friendly person to move in. The flat is very very close to many restaurants and bars on Brick lane, shoreditch and hoxton, these are all within walking distance, There is also a night bus 8, which drops you right outside our flat and goes directly to oxford street. The flat is close (walking distance ) to the beautiful east end markets such as Spitalfields, broadway market and columbia flower market. You are also very close to London fields where there are many coffee and cake shops located there . You are also close to Bishops gate and Liverpool street which has surplus transport links that will take you to most parts of London.
