On the first floor, there is a big open space (kitchen + living room) and a huge garden ideal for barbecue and to safely parking your bike if you wish. on the second floor, three spacious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The flat has been recently renovated and all the furniture is new (never used!)

The property is perfectly located: walking distance to Bethnal Green, Whitechapel stations and Stepney Green. Transport links include also frequent daily and night buses to Central London. The area is great: near to park, shops, supermarkets (a big Sainsbury really close).

The vibrant nightlife of Brick Lane and Shoreditch is within a short walk, as well as Spialfields Market, Broadway market and Columbia Road market. Liverpool Street and the City are also within a walking distance or just one stop away on the tube.

A short stroll will take you to Victoria Park with its 12 hectares of greenery. The park is among Londoner's favourite spots for picnics and outdoor activities and Regents Canal which runs through the park promises a great day out.

You will share the flat with two young professionals. The solution is ideal for professionals working in the city and for Queen's Mary University students.
