My room will be available for 6 months whilst I work in China... so I'm looking for a lovely, trust worthy person (must be in full time employment) who wants to rent my room from mid June for 6 months.
The house is above a vintage shop, just off of brick lane. spread over 3 floors with a cute garden, which we are doing up at the moment... which will be wonderful for the coming summer months!
My room is light and airy, a fair size and I will be leaving my double bed, 3 door wardrobe and bedside cabinet, so its fully furnished!
You will be living with 3 gorgeous ladies all in their twenties, who all work in creative/advertising industries. Its a sociable house - everyone works hard during the week and likes to party at the weekend.
Right by Shoreditch over ground, Bethnal Green underground, Liverpool Street station and loads of bus stops and Boris bikes.
Rent is £700 (includes bills, council tax, cleaner, internet etc)
+ £700 bond /deposit + first 2 weeks rent
