Brick Lane Flat

Hi there!

A room in our four bedroom flat in zone 1 central London for less than £525. What more could you ask for?

We're 2 girls and a guy looking for another guy to join us. We're sociable, friendly, and respectful of housemates who sometimes just want a bit of peace and quiet. We're looking for someone who is the same.

We all have our own interests, but we socialise together on occasion, and it would be good to find someone who wants to join in with the banter. We're also looking for someone clean and tidy (having a cleaner isn't an excuse to live in a rubbish-tip!).

The location is fantastic - 2 minutes from Brick Lane, 5 minutes from Aldgate East tube, and 10 minutes from Liverpool street tube. It's half an hour from the West End and Hoxton.

The place is easily big enough for four. The kitchen is on the small side (if you're a master chef, its probably not for you), but keeping it clean means it's usable and does the job.

The room will be available from the 1st of November. The lease is a 12 month contract. The bills usually come in at £50 - £70 a month (depending on the season), which includes a monthly cleaner. Our landlord will probably expect some proof of income to determine you can pay your rent.
