Double room on Brick Lane

The flat is a great size with a large living room (which has a spare double bed, perfect if you have friends/family visiting), a large kitchen/dining area and a main bathroom with 2 additional toilets.

The room itself comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves and wardrobe rail. There's plenty of storage in the house with an attic and area of the living room for excess stuff.

The rent is £610 a month plus £50 for bills which includes electricity, gas, broadband and council tax. We also use this to pay for cleaning products/toilet paper etc.

LOCATION
Situated on Brick Lane, the flat is in a great location in the centre of Shoreditch. We're Zone 1 so good transport links across the city. Nearest tube stations are Aldgate East (3 min walk) and Liverpool Street/Shoreditch High Street (7 min walk).

There's tescos/sainsburys/lots of corner shops close by. Plus lots of restaurants and bars and of course a huge choice of Indian restaurants right on our doorstep! There's also some good markets - Spitalfields is literally a 2 minute walk away and Brick Lane Market on a Sunday.

We are three girls and a guy, aged between 24 and 28. We're all from the UK and work in a range of fields including marketing, fashion, eccomerce and account management.

We all have our own lives, but like to hang out (usually in the kitchen) during the weekday evenings.

YOU

Ideally we're looking for a boy to keep the balance. Preferable in your 20s and a professional, not a student. Reasonably tidy and up for chilling out together in the evenings.

We are looking for someone to move in on the 15th of Feb. We'll be doing viewings from the 3rd of Feb onwards.
