Double Bedroom In A Lovely House Central-East Lndn

Hi There guys!!

Me and my boyfriend decided to move out from this lovely house we are living in, for the necessity of a bigger space.

We are looking for someone special that can replace us and be part of this house.
When someone moves to London, often happens to share the flat with people that don't really share much else with, and it ends up being a room-kitchen-toilet cohabitation.

Ok, if this is fine for you, you can even stop reading and skip to the next advert.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:

This lovely town house is located in a pedestrian street, and, let me mention, in a fantastic location (5 mins far from Whitechapel and Brick Lane stations, 10 mins from Liverpool street and Shoreditch, and a bunch of buses that take you everywhere).
The house is divided in: a kitchen with wooden furniture (microwave, oven, double fridge and freezer, table for four people), a really spacious living room with two sofas (one of them is a sofa bed if you want to invite friends over) that opens its windows door to a lovely garden.
Upstairs are located the three rooms and the bathroom with separate toilet.

YOUR ROOM;
The room we are leaving is the biggest of the house, it has wall-storage space as a wardrobe, a desk and a double bed (the book shelves and the extra wardrobe that you see in the picture belong to us).

As I mentioned up there, we are not only leaving a house, but we are passing the baton to someone that is willing to be part of this house as much as we did.
You will share the flat with Ghita, our italian friend, that loves to hang out, have friends over and talk about any matter, so prepare yourself to the explosion of joy she brings to the house.
The other spare room is occupied by another friend of ours called Stefano. He is as well an extremely enthusiastic person, always full of energies.
By the time we already created a beautiful multicultural environment in the house we would like to keep it that way, so possibly no Italians! (SCUSATE RAGAZZI!)

The bills are not included, but recently a new insulation system has been installed and thais would help with saving money during the winter!

It is requested a 3 months deposit at the beginning of the tenancy, that you will receive back at the end of it.
