Double Room In Brick Lane!!

Hello everyone,

So we are 3 housemates and one cat living happily in a house.
About location, location, location.....is on Hanbury Street: literally a 5 minute walk to the heart of Brick Lane and maybe less than a 10 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station and Aldgate East Station. I haven't researched bus stops but I spotted a few of them, 3 blocks from the house and, as we live so close to Brick Lane, night buses come very frequently. The house is located in a small street, very calm and isolated from traffic. There is also a little park just in front of our door.

The room is quite big with cupboard, little desk, double bed and big window.

About the house, It has been refurbished.
Bathroom and toilet are quite good, shower and heater work fine. Its a 4 bedroom house with no separate lounge. It has an integrated kitchen,
The house has loads of storage room.: there is a big shelter in the yard plus 2 very small rooms within the house just for storage. It is fully furnished with fridge, freezer washing machine, lots of cooking stuff, etc.

We are open minded, no nationality preference, no gender preference, smokers allowed.
We are also quite clean and we expect you do your share to keep the place decent. The room will be officially available on 1st of September.
Finally, the price includes , council tax, water, internet, landline phone bill
