Small double room to rent in terrace house at the top end of Brick Lane/Shoreditch.

The room comes with a bed, battered chest of drawers and small desk. It also has storage space under the bed.

The house is a decent sized ex local authority house. The kitchen is a decent size with washing machine and tumble dryer. Living room is also a good size with TV, record decks and lots of records included. Also there is Garden.

The housemates: We are 2 chilled guys and 1 chilled girl who are working professionals. We like to hang out and have a few beers in the evening listen to some music and watch some dry humoured TV on demand. The house is very relaxed and laid back. We are not anal about cleaning and sometimes the dishes may not be cleaned for a few days. The house is a bit rough round the edges, so if you are after Victorian grandeur, this place is not for you. But it is a good size and is in a great location and also you will be living with relaxed sociable people, who like an a good night out and the odd house party.

We also have 3 cats, Evie, Bollo and Hoy.

We are open to who lives here, we are not worried about profession, age, gender etc. But would like someone who is open minded and does not mind some mess, smoking and some dry banter.

The room is £772 Inc of all bills. The room is available from 6th July.
