Big Garden, shared living room, friendly housemates. (I'm very sad to leave - have to move cities with work for a bit).
V close to lots of differnt transport 5 mins from Shoreditch High Street, 10 mins from Bethnal Green or Liverpool St station. Lots of bus routes - easy to get the 8 into central london. Many Boris bike stands also close.
V close to fun activities - flower market, canal, redchurch st, bethnal green, endless brunch and dinner places.
Cheap rent!! (Bills are additional, but not that expensive - £21 a month for internet/tax etc, and about an extra £10 for water/gas.)
Would be great if you can text during work hours (so my boss doesnt get cross!)
