Double Room in Central Brixton

Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving in with her partner so will be moving out mid June.

Light & spacious double, fully furnished, in a fantastic location just off Brixton high street. 2 mins walk from Brixton station, opposite the Ritzy with Brixton market, Brockwell Park, great restaurants, shops and nightlife all on your doorstep!

We also have a lovely outdoor terrace space we share with our downstairs neighbours which gets the sun all day.

You’ll be joining Biba & Lexi, we’ve been in the flat 5 years & 1 year. We’re fairly social and often out with friends in the week but are equally happy spending time together in the flat cooking and watching movies, so looking for someone who’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Rent is £750 + bills which are usually about £140 per month. Contract continues to mid September but looking for someone to sign for another 12 months with us.
