Room is Monday-Friday only, and i'm open to different scenarios:
-2 nights / wk = £550
-3 nights / wk = £825
-4 nights /wk = £1,100
* Bills included.

It's a large double en-suite bedroom with lots of storage space and natural light, with direct access to the balcony.

It’s a modern 2 bed / bath flat in a secure and gated new build in the heart of Brixton. It’s on the top floor so gets lots of light throughout the day and has great views.

Location:
2 mins from Brixton Village and Pop Brixton.
3 mins from Brixton railway station (7mins to Victoria)
5 mins from the Tube station and Brixton high street.

I’m super chilled, enjoy a good laugh and very sociable, but I also work long hours so would like a relaxed vibe in the flat. I’m into the usual stuff; music, movies, gym, etc.

Looking for someone who is:
- Office based full time
- Clean, tidy, and considerate
- Respectful and will treat the place like a home
