Cosy double bedroom on Brixton Hill

Hellooo, I’m looking to rent out the spare room in my flat on Brixton Hill. Looking for someone after a short term rent of 2 months, June-July. I'm flexible on the move in date in June. Similarly, the move out date could either be the end of July or part-way through August. Ideally looking for someone aged 28-35.

- £900 a month with bills.
- The flat is about an 8 min bus from Brixton tube (bus stop right outside the front door) or a 20 min walk.
- Locked garage space available if needed for an extra £30 a month. Let me know if you have a car and would be interested in this.

A bit about me:

- Marketing Manager, working in digital publishing. In the office 3 days a week, work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Pretty clean and tidy. Likes: Reading, running, F45, travelling, coffee, making lists, puns, pasta and working my way through all London’s restaurants, bars and pubs!
- Looking for someone who has their own thing going on but is equally happy to cook and wack on a film together, get out and do something or go for a drink.
