I have a cozy double room available in Brixton for £800 per month (excluding bills). Move-in date is around June 15/16, 2024, with a tenancy running until September 20, which can be extended if needed. You'll be sharing the space with three fantastic girls between 21 and 25. We are all sociable and friendly, and enjoy hanging out together. Everyone keeps the flat tidy and welcoming for all.

The room features a comfy double bed 🛏️, a big wardrobe 🚪, and a drawer for your belongings. The flat is a lovely 4-bedroom space, just a 15-minute walk from Brixton station 🚶‍♂️ and an 8-minute walk from Loughborough Junction train station 🚉. Residents have access to a small community garden 🌳 and a spacious green area 🌿. The room comes fully furnished. Just a heads-up, there's no living room, only a kitchen.
