My room in a 2-bedroom flat in Brixton is available for sublet from May 4 - June 30th

Starting rent at £850, including utilities, discounted from my rent as a tenant.
Preferably paid in advance. No council tax fee.

It's a furnished room in a cozy 2-level flat. Lounge and kitchen on the lower level. One toilet downstairs and full bath on the first floor. Bedrooms are upstairs as well. You'll be sharing the space with my flatmate, who is currently completing her masters. She’s a painter, ceramist, plant mama and foodie.
