I have recently moved into this lovely 2 bedroom flat in Brixton and am looking for a like-minded person to share the space with. Having rented in Brixton for the past 3 years, I absolutely love the area and cannot recommend it enough. I have been fortunate enough to be able to move into my own place, but having recently come from rental market I totally understand the stresses of finding a place in London and will try to be as welcoming and empathetic to my new housemate as possible. I hope you like the look of my place!

- Bills will be calculated and shared between the two of us on a monthly basis

About the house:
- Recently renovated 2 bedroom ground floor flat in period property consisting on 3 flats
- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet
- Large open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room fully equiped with induction hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs and sofa.
- Small back garden with patio soon to be furnished with outdoor table and chairs
- Located on Brixton Hill close to Brockwell park and about 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Brixton tube station. On Brixton Hill, there are 8 bus routes that go down the hill at regular intervals so you never have to wait long for a bus. Brixton tube station is handily in zone 2 of the Victorian line taking you into central London in about 10 minutes. There is also a train station in Brixton.
- Brixton has a vibrant town centre with bars and restaurants, the famous Brixton Academy and the Brixton Electric venues, the Ritzy Cinema, multiple gyms, 5 major supermarkets and the beautiful Brockwell park where you can jog, play tennis or bask in the summer at The Lido (Brixton's outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre) or check out one of the many festivals held there throughout the summer.

About me (who you will be living with):
I am a 32 years old and work in healthcare locally in the area. I am out at work 4 days a week, and am usually at home on Fridays. I love live music, the outdoors (am keen on running and climbing), gigs, festivals, travel, eating and drinking out and the occasional party or night out. I am quite sociable and love being around people, but also like my own space to re-charge. I am vey clean and like my space tidy and well kempt.

I am ideally looking for someone who also does not work purely from home just so that we both can have our own space in the house and share the communal area. I am also looking for someone who both has their own life around London, but is also up for sharing the occasional meal or drink, rather than someone who is purely just a housemate. And someone that is clean and tidy!
