Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a spacious double bedroom with a shared open-plan kitchen and living room with a decent sized balcony. It is situated opposite Brockwell park which is about 30 seconds away and about a 10-15 minute walk to Brixton tube station.

You will be moving in with Ed who is really easy to get on with, is sociable but also happy to do his own thing.

Looking for someone who is easy to get along with, clean and tidy and is happy to socialise but also happy to have their own space. The flat itself is really homey, quiet and clean. Its been a lovely flat to live in these past few years.

The room comes with the double bed, an in-built wardrobe and chest of drawers. I don’t want to take the shelves or the desk so if you would like those to remain then great but if not then they can be gotten rid of.

Rent pm is £900 and bills come to around £100/150pm including council tax, water, gas, electricity and wifi
