My flatmate and I need to move out of our flat for location reasons and looking for two people to take over our contract than runs until Sep 2025 with break clause in March 2025.

The flat is split level, with an open plan kitchen / living room downstairs, two double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. It is a really cute space and also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

It is 10 minute walk to Brixton underground and 3 minute walk to Loughborough Junction which is really handy commute to the city (Thameslink service)

Move in-date would be 18th June (can be flexible with this) and rent is £1950 pcm. The flat is managed by Marsh and Parsons.
