Homey Double Bedroom with good storage

Looking for a new flat mate to takeover my cosy room in Brixton. The flat is perfect, it's a great location, only a 3 min walk from Brxiton tube station and is 2 mins from the market where you can get cheap meals for like £20 which is fab.

Housemates are two lovely girls, a graphic designer (26) and a finance analyst (27). Both into nights in and out along with wholesome sundays and regular gymming/running.

I am very sadly moving away for work so need to
find someone to take over the space. Hoping to find someone who I can intro to the housemates to ensure a good culture fit.

The room is great and has loads of storage and a really comfy mattress. All of the furniture and mirror seen is included with the room. There is a communal living area, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is on the third floor of a house with shared access lock which makes it extra safe which is nice.

Bills come to £100-150 a month including council tax.
