Lovely flat with excellent transport links

Really great flat with excellent transport links from Brixton to all over London. Modern, clean and spacious flat I’m looking for a flat mate who will make themselves at home here. The room is a decent size double with built in wardrobes and would also fit a desk and chest of drawers . I’m a friendly, sociable person who is happy to have a chat and pint but also respects privacy. I work from home (mostly) and there is fast broadband connection should you need to do the same. I occasionally look after a Cockapoo called Peggy who is super friendly and hypoallergenic. Looking for someone who is easy going, tidy and respectful. Thanks!
