Room in Brixton Hill - £900 pcm (Excl. Bills)

Hey everyone!

I'm on the hunt for a new flatmate to take over my room in Brixton Hill. I've loved living here, but I've found a place closer to work north of the river, so I'll be moving out asap as the lease is starting soon.

About the Place:
The flat is super cozy and in a great location. It's just a 10 minute walk to the Victoria Line, making it easy to get into central London (~10 minutes) . Plus, Clapham is around the corner for all your socializing needs.

Current tenant:
You'll be living with an Irish software engineer in her 20s. She is neat and respectful, and enjoys going out and exploring the city or socializing with friends. She works from home full-time however we respect each others' space when we're both working from home.

Who I'm Looking For:
I'm hoping to find someone who's also neat and tidy and who can move in on such short notice!

Details:

Rent: £900 per month (bills not included)
Location: Brixton Hill
Tenancy duration: the contract finishes March 2025
Local Spots: Close proximity to a multitude of (cheap) pubs, grocers, Anytime Fitness gym, Brockwell Park
Transport: Busses run to Brixton tube station by the minute and can take from 5-10 minutes to arrive at the station. The flat is well connected to Clapham, Battersea, and most southwest suburbs.
