We have a very chilled Labrador Poppy who is very friendly and does not bark.

Bills inc council tax are approx 140 a month

The house is owned by a friend of mine and currently it’s myself and two friends living here (not the landlord). Very casual affair: the housemates are a coder(male) and guy who works in hospitality(male). Both are super friendly and easy going. The male house mate likes watching and playing sport (golf and touch), comedy , surfing and festivals.

Looking for: chilled, somewhat social, working professional. Keen to get the ball rolling so let me know if you want more info/ would like to come and have a look at the room!
