Sunny Brixton Flat for Sublet!

We’re subletting our Brixton Hill home for the summer! We’ll be on holiday for June/July, and potentially August- if you’re looking for a short-term stay, we’d love to have you!

The house is located about a 15 min walk from Brixton station and about a 10 min bus ride to Clapham Common! It is always just a few minutes away from Brockwell Park, and about 5 bus stops from Streatham Hill. It’s a really accessible location, and there’s always loads of fun activities going on in our neighbourhood.

The room is suitable for a couple, and all bills are included! You’ll be sharing the flat with our other flat mate and close friend, Alex. You are welcome to have guests and treat the home as your own while you’re here, and we also accept pets!
We’ve listed the room at a slightly discounted rate as we’re hoping to find someone that can also look after our plants while we’re gone, just a watering every few days or so.

The room is technically not available until late June to late July, but we are really very flexible with this. We’re also open to just a M-F rate for a cheaper rate. Let us know, we’re happy to negotiate.
