I have beautiful single room, 5 min walk from Brixton tube st. All bills included.

The flat is literally a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station and has every conceivable shop nearby too. The block is situated in a very quiet part of the area and benefits from quiet residents also.

The room includes a single bed with new memory mattress, space for storage underneath if desired. A desk with a 2 draws, 5 draw chest of drawers, bedside table and 2 door wardrobe. The room is immaculately finished and would suit a student or someone looking for a crash pad within easy reach of the city.

The kitchen and bathroom is finished to a high standard. Its has a power shower, toilet and large wash basin. I am a landlord and I'm looking for a lodger that is quiet, very clean and tidy, considerate, polite, friendly and respectful. I also need a lodger that is a NON SMOKER. I require photocopies of formal documentation such as passport or drivers licence, one month's rent in advance and a deposit for the same amount. Lodgers agreement can then be signed. Natalia
