Spacious Room near Broadway Market/Regents Canal

The nitty gritty: Rent is £880 before bills (the room is really spacious with a lot of light). Bills are usually another £130-£150 (water, gas, electricity, council tax and weekly cleaner).

The house: A five bedroom house that you'll be sharing with 2 ladies and 2 guys. We have a nice large living room space with open kitchen, a front and back garden with BBQ, picnic table and Hammock etc. We have two bathrooms, two showers, and the kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, etc).

The room: As pictured, this room has a lot of space and is the biggest room of the house. Lots of sunlight, east-facing with sunshine in the morning (great for plants to put in your window!).

Location: Both vibey London Fields and Broadway Market are less than a 5 minute walk away, Regents Canal is about 100 meters down the road, but if that is too far, we have a corner shop right next to our house!

The closest stations are Haggerston, London Fields, and Bethnal Green. The busstop to Finsbury park (236) stops right in front of our house.

Landlord is relatively laid-back, gets things fixed whenever needed.

Occupants: All in our late 20s/early 30s. Spanish, Scottish, and Dutch nationalities and all working different jobs (hospitality, engineering, freelance, charity). The house has mostly been passed down by friends and friends of friends, so we like to make it our home. Sharing a meal when we can, hang out together, having a catch up before going to sleep, while at the same time all having quite busy schedules and doing our own thing! We also like to throw the occasional house party, invite people over for a BBQ in our garden, while generally keeping the house a nice, chill place to be.

In essence, we are flatmates and also friends and are looking for someone to join this energy! Ideally someone who is in their late twenties to mid thirties :).
