£600 double room in light, spacious flat

£600pm unfurnished double room in Brockley SE4, 5 mins from station, from roughly mid May to Sept 30th. Subletting is considered but contract is preferable. Get in touch and let's chat about it!

🌜Flatmates: 2 chill artist/musician lefty punks. Both non-binary, 29 & 39. Due to one flatmate's chronic illness, we’re covid conscious, so would like to find someone else who is. Would you be ok to mask on public transport? One housemate has 2 kids (10 &12) who visit sometimes and v occasionally stay over, so you'd need to be comfortable with that.
📝Referencing: you'd need £27k annual income or have a guarantor who earns £28.8k and is a UK homeowner. Benefits are accepted if you have a guarantor.
🏠 Access: The flat is on the 1st floor of the block, no lift. There are no steps in the flat itself. It's a 5 min walk to Brockley stn. There's a big kitchen, living room, and divided toilet/bathroom, all shared with a couple.
Bills are always less than 100, council tax b I think
