Room in beautiful house 2 min from station

We have one double room available.
It's a three bed Victorian semi detached house on a quiet street just off the main road and literally 2 mins walk from Brockley station. From there you can get the overground to east London and trains to London bridge (10 mins).
The house has been beautifully renovated and features a big modern kitchen ( with dishwasher, washing machine) which opens out into a lovely garden.
The living room is a nice size and opens into a back drawing room.
Upstairs has three bedrooms and the bathroom ( there is also a utility room with loo downstairs). Extra storage space is available in the loft and basement.
The room is 3m x 3. 45m, fully carpeted and has built-in wardrobe and shelves. It comes unfurnished.

A little bit about us. We are a professional married couple. We enjoy travelling and eating out. We also do a lot of music stuff, play in bands and we go to gigs and other events.
There is one other female house mate. And we also have a cat.
This is a lovely house and a great home. We like to keep it always clean and comfortable so ideally, the person that move in will be happy to share with the upkeep of the house. Bills are excluded and come to about £80 per person.
