A Large Double Bedroom

Hi Guys, we have a large double bedroom available in January. It's in a 3 double bedroom fully furnished flat with its own separate sitting lounge. We also have our own private off street parking.

Currently there are 2 of us (boy and a girl) living here, and we are looking to find another cool housemate to share the flat with us. We would like to find somebody who is chilled out, would like to share a glass of wine with us and is a clean person.
The room is fully furnished and has its own double size bed.

The flat is in zone two in an area called St-Johns(Brockley). We have excellent day/night transport links in to central London. London bridge is only 10 minutes on the train from the house and Charing Cross and Cannon Street are 15 minutes away on train. Goldsmiths University is also close by. We also have great local amenities including gyms, parks and pubs.
