Double room to rent

double room in Brockley

3 nice flatsharers are seeking a new housemate for our flat in Brockley. NO COUPLES, only one flatmate.

What we offer:
-double room (lots of space all over the flat, and new double glazed windows to be installed in August)
-well equipped household/kitchen
-Wifi
-2 minutes walk to Brockley Overground and train station (Zone 2), you can be in London Bridge in 10 minutes, good transport links, buses and night buses.
-Some supermarkets, cafes, restaurants around. Quiet area.
-3 awesome housemates (Italian and Spanish, we are all gay)

What we are looking for:
-either male or female housemate
-professional (agency will not accept students)
-Must be gay-friendly.

We have a nice flatshare going on and are looking for someone who will fit in. We will ask you how your day was and want to hear about it 🙂

The cold hard facts:
-£440 rent per month (all inclusive, payable on the first of every month. During winter months, rent might go up a bit depending on how much we want to heat up the house)
-£300 deposit (refundable) + £130 non refundable agency fee to add you to the contract (you have to be able to provide passport, proof of work and bank statements prior to the moving date)
- Move in date 15th August. cannot be earlier
-no pets
-smokers ok, but absolutely not allowed inside the house, only outside.
