Double Room to rent - all bills inc. in rent

3 housemates (2F, 1M) have a double room to rent on the top floor of a house in Brockley.

We are looking to rent the room out to a professional individual seeking a stay of at least 6 months in a tidy environment.

We have full time jobs (Hospitality, Publishing, Film) and are clean and courteous in our living environment - we would like to find similarly minded individual that suits the dynamic of the house.

Brockley is a great place to live, we've got Hilly Fields park just over the road and a bunch of pubs, a bookshop, two train stations within walking distance and a great beer/wine shop (seriously ask Richard about Omnipollo) at Brockley station. Choice of two co-ops for food purchases both 5 minutes walk away.

The house is split on 3 levels with a small room for our laundry necessities. There are two bathrooms with a shower in one - We have a fairly small kitchen (cooks welcome but bear in mind only one person can cook at a time given the small space)- to this end we have a single fridge and small freezer for food storage. Veggies and vegans welcome as long as our carnivorous habits can be sustained.

Broadband yes (fast enough - 4MB download speed). TV no. Wardrobe and drawers yes. Bed no.

Room available around the first week of June.
