Although flatmate quite busy, the house is a homely environment and it would be nice for whoever moves in to enjoy the chat and a beer or glass of wine if both home in the evening. Would like to live with someone easy going and sociable.

The house has its own drive with parking space which can be used by whoever moves in and a garden for summer BBQ's if the weather is good enough!

The house is 5 minutes from both Brockley Train Station Zone 2 (for services on the East London Line and British rail to London Bridge in 8 minutes) and also 5 minutes to Nunhead station( about 15 minutes to Victoria) Trains runs every 3-5 minutes.

Lots of nice coffee shops and eateries nearby for Saturday morning coffees etc.
