Mon - Fri Let quiet double good transport links

MONDAY - FRIDAY LET ONLY

I have a furnished double room to rent out in my apartment for weekdays. Ideally looking for a working professional that needs to go into the office. No couples. Goes without saying, you'll have access to everything in the apartment; kitchen, living room etc.

The moving in date is flexible and also the days too. If needing it for shorter time. Ideally Monday to Friday but I'm flexible with it and we can adjust the price. They'll be occasions where you'll have the place to yourself and if you need to stay the odd weekend etc, that's fine. Obviously, you can leave your stuff in the room over the weekend.

THE APARTMENT
Located right next to the river Lea (perfect for running/walking along). The block was built in 2012, so doesn't have that "oldish" look about it. Includes 24/7 concierge/security and a secure bike storage (where I lock my bike up) and underground parking. There's also a gym on site which has discounted price. Also a roof terrace on the top floor with a nice view of London

Bedroom includes a double bed (with clearance underneath) and mattress, wardrobe and storage on top and bed-side table. Can fit a chest of draws or even a desk (not sure what the preference is with this?)

Kitchen has all the standard stuff; fridge/freezer, rice cooker, washing machine, processor, blender, microwave etc and plenty of storage.

Have a 50 Inch Smart TV with Netflix. Extendable dining table and a few plants too to make the homely feel. There's also a balcony.

THE AREA:
Located within 5 minutes of Devons Road (DLR line) and 10-15 minutes walk from either Bromley By Bow (District line) or Mile End (Central line) stations. Has a Tesco Express literally across the road. Larger Tesco superstore, Lidl and CO-OP within 15 minutes walk. You have Stratford Westfield 15 minutes away. And Canary Wharf the other which is 20-25 minute walk away.

Originally from up North, lived in Australia for a while and explored quite a bit of the world, so I'm pretty open-minded, chilled out guy. Work in central London (9-5). Normal guy that enjoys running/cycling/tennis. going out, exploring, cooking (rarely eat meat, not fussed if you're meat eater or not), enjoy travelling, football, F1 etc etc.

Obviously, goes without saying, I'm looking for someone that will treat the place as a home and with respect, cleans up after themselves, down to earth and is comfortable.. after a good vibe, not after the awkward vibe at all.

All bills are included, so no need to worry about this,
