Hello!

We have a lovely double room in our 3 bed flat to rent from November.

The housemates: two easy going professionals looking for another girl to share their home! Typical household that works during the week and chills at the weekend. We enjoy sharing a good cuppa/glass of wine, having a natter at home or out and about!

The room; sunny room with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and optional shelving unit. One bathroom with bath/shower and plenty of storage space, shared with the one other housemate.

The flat; large living/ dining room with stunning views overlooking the Olympic stadium. Large cupboard in the hallway provides ample extra storage space. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, shared fridge freezer. Sky and wifi broadband.

The block: new development with 24 hour concierge, shared parking space, bike storage, 24 hour gym and two rooftop terraces. 20 meters from Bromley by bow station. Sainsburys local in the block and Tescos a 5 min walk away. Easy access to Devons road DLR station, 20 min walk to Stratford Westfield and Mile End station. Close to Victoria park, Greenwich and Shoreditch.

Current housemate is going abroad and doesn't have to leave until December so can be flexible about moving dates, though contract must be signed for Nov 14th. Can discuss this further in person! One month up front, 6 week deposit and £100 admin fee. Bills come too £100 a month.
