A double room is available from 22nd August in our spacious, bright flat in a quiet cul-de-sac. The flat is very well located (3 minute walk to Kilburn station on the Jubilee line, 1 minute walk Brondesbury overground station, numerous buses into central london, night buses) The flat is also a 10 minute walk from Queens Park and the heart of West Hampstead while conveniently located by Sainsburys and Tesco and the many shops on Kilburn High Road.

The cosy room overlooks a large, peaceful garden area. It comes fully furnished with a chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and double bed.

The flat is set over two floors, with a large living room and separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washer/dryer, dishwasher. We also have super fast fibre internet, Sky TV+, Apple TV and Netflix - you'll never be at a loss for entertainment!

We are two young professionals who enjoy hanging out, watching box sets and cooking for each other and are looking for someone to enjoy a glass of wine (or a pint) with after work. We're friends but also do our own thing and are often out and about.

Bills are not included and are £115 per person.
