Our flatmate is moving out from the flat we have shared, therefore we have a spacious double room to let in a two bedroom flat (Brondesbury park area). The room has its own ensuite bathroom, double bed and a lot of storage space.

The flat has a big open plan kitchen/dining room and a balcony for us to share. Wifi, fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine are available. It is located in quiet residential area with high street only 5 min away.

Transport links are very convenient with walking distances to Brondesbury park station (Overground) only 1 min away, Queens park station (Bakerloo line)- 10 min away and Kilburn station (Jubilee line)- 7 min away. Also there four bus stops close by with busses that can take you in 30 mins to oxford street, or wembley.

The rent is £900 per month including all bills for a single person, £950 per month for a couple.

We are a professional couple - Anton (Slovakia) is working in IT and Desi (Bulgaria) is a Lighting designer. We enjoy movies, exploring London whenever we have time, and finding new nice places to eat out.

Ideally we would like new flatmate(s) who are friendly, tidy and considerate.
