Bright double in rustic Camberwell house share

We have a lovely bright double bedroom available in a beautiful 19th century coach house in North Camberwell/Walworth. The house itself has a large shared lounge and separate kitchen, along with two bathrooms (one is a wet room) and separate toilet. We’re also lucky to have access to a large, beautiful garden, perfect for catching some afternoon rays or an evening barbie.

You’ll be living with a mixed gender house of four, all working in creative industries. We’re a friendly group who enjoy hanging out, going to pubs and galleries or sometimes take up new hobbies at home.

The room is a well sized double on the second floor, part furnished, with built-in storage and a large window facing our lovely garden. Bills typically come to around £130/month.

The house is in easy reach of the Northern and Bakerloo Lines (15 min walk to Oval or Kennington, 20 min walk or a 10 minute bus to Elephant and Castle), and we have bus routes direct to virtually anywhere central, right from the end of our road. The area has all the shops and amenities you’ll need day to day within easy reach, and Peckham/Brixton is close enough to provide the rest.
