A spacious room is available in our cozy nest facing the garden for two months (until end of May)- SHORT LET

Ideal for someone who has just moved to London or is looking for temporary accommodation and carries very few belongings. Our landlord will be refurbishing the house in early June so we are planning to shift together somewhere else at that point.

The room is large, garden facing and has lots of natural light. Furnished, with WIFI connection.

We are looking for a vegetarian woman with a healthy life style and positive approach to life.
A very mindful and mature individual who would like to live with like minded souls and enjoys sharing the chores to take care of our home-temple.

We care for the environment and we are vegetarian (no flesh or killing of any kind).

We are also genuinely interested in getting to know each other even if you are only staying for a short time. This a very nourishing space, a harmonious family-like environment where people trust and care for each other. We are independent but also enjoy each other's company and doing things together.

Key words here are CLEAN & TIDY, ADAPTABLE, RESPECTFUL, MINDFUL, POSITIVE and CREATIVE.

We want to keep the flat drama free so we would only consider people who love our small sister community, share the same values and are happy to embrace our ethics and the existing cleaning rules.

We have a long list of "likes", some of them are art, music, yoga, meditation, dance, nature, gardening, growing food, permaculture, philosophy, psychology, spirituality, languages (English, Italian, Spanish, German), travel, cooking, animals, plants and a lot more.
Oh! We also love SILENCE and we enjoy sharing that too! ;)

We would like our new flatmate to be extra tidy in the common areas, calm, creative, mature and positive so to contribute to raise the vibrations in the house.

The area:
20 min walk away from Brixton tube and 10 min from Loughborough Junction and Denmark hill Overground/ Rail station. Very easy commute to Victoria, West End, N1, Waterloo, Liverpool street, London Bridge, and many other areas...with day and night buses. Our house is literally 2 min away from King's College Hospital, as well as from 24hrs shops, supermarkets, banks, post office and anything you might need really.
