Friendly flatshare next to Myatt's Fields Park

Greetings!

We have a double bedroom to rent in a ground floor flat next to Myatt's Fields Park.

The room is spacious, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Available mid-June (min. 1 year contract, lodger agreement).

We are located in the SE5 area, between Camberwell and Oval, next to the charming Myatt's Fields Park. The flat is on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room (used occasionally as a bedroom by our lovely landladies), dining room, a kitchen and a storage room. We also have a small patio in the back that is part of a larger communal garden.

You would be sharing the flat with two (lovely) girls, Rachel and myself. We are both in our late 20s, living and breathing on the creative industry playground.

It’s a warm and friendly household, so we are looking for someone who could bring even more love to our home :)

The rent is £800/month including bills.
