Room in Flat/Maisonette in Camberwell

I'm moving out and am looking for someone to fill my lovely double room in a Flat/Maisonette just off Peckham Road in Camberwell.

Amazing location - with a lovely selection of restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. Honestly, best place I've lived in London. Close to Denmark Hill Overground or a short bus to Oval or Elephant & Castle Underground.

You will be living with two boys (Sam and Sam) who are very lovely and friendly people. We also have a cat called Prince, who's the best. One Sam is a filmmaker and the other Sam runs a food business.

We are all creative, sometimes work from home, sometimes not. We're looking for a friendly, clean and fun housemate. It's a sociable house, with a big open plan kitchen/living room that we often hang out in. We love to cook and have meals together. But equally like our own privacy.

We have big windows with lots of light! Two bathrooms and a small office space which we all share and you are welcome to use! We have a big balcony/garden too - which gets a lot of the sun in the morning.

The room available is a big double room, that has plenty of storage space. It is already furnished with a bed and big wardrobe. Heating bills are included.

The room and flat is big enough for a couple, which they are very open to. This would significantly reduce the rent!!
