Fantastic Double for rent near Elephant & Castle

Sadly one of our housemates is moving out of London so we now have a huge double room available in our home available from the 25th September.

The current house is a mix of 2 guys and 3 girls aged from 23 - 27 and are a mix of travel consultants, an architect, nurse and digital media executive.

The house has a great back garden with a BBQ, make shift projector screen (perfect for outdoor films) and for winter BBQs we even have a wood burner. The lounge is large and cosy, with a 42" TV and Sky.

The location of the house is really convenient, being within only a ten minute walk from Kennington tube station, 15 minutes walk to Elephant and Castle and buses / night bus services to pretty much everywhere you need to get to! Walworth Road is a great high street and is pretty well equipped for shops and, there are several great pubs nearby too.

The house is very sociable and we are looking for a friendly, sociable, outgoing, considerate and clean housemate to join us. We're into music, travel, sports, nights out, nights in and like to hang out as a house as well as have our own space. There's also a five-a-side team that play every Tuesday with the guys next door for anyone into playing football. Burgess Park is also very close by and has outdoor tennis courts.
