A Cat lives in the home so it's not suitable for those that are allergic to cats.

There is fast Full Fibre Optic Broadband Internet.

Electric & Gas usage is divided and paid each month separately.
24hr Convenience store just down the road and a Tesco express a minute away, with all the major supermarkets (Morrisons, Tesco, Asda, Lidl, and co-op) in walking distance

Good transport links with several bus stops within a couple of minutes walk. Nearest train & London Overground station is a 10-15 minute walk away and the Elephant & Castle National Rail and Underground stations are walkable and are 12 minutes on the bus Oval station is also about 10-12 minutes on the bus. The west end can be reached in 20-25mins by bus or cycle.
Times are typical off-peak during peak add another 5-10 minutes.
Excellent 24hr bus sevices so easy to get home after the trains have stopped.
