A cosy double bedroom available in a house share 2 minutes from the recently reopened Burgess Park.

The house is about 15 minutes walk to Elephant Castle or Denmark Hill with frequent buses going just about everywhere 1 minute from the door.

The kitchen was redone last year with all new appliances.

There are five people living here including the person who is moving out. It's a quiet house with all of us on very different schedules.

We are ideally looking for a male working on flexi-time/shift work as the rest of the house is on a 9-5 schedule and as we only have one bathroom it would not be ideal and a male might help the gender balance.

Although we have no fixed criteria for a flatmate just someone who is easy to get along with and can pick up after themselves, we would say though that this house would suit someone with no extra kitchen stuff as it is already very well stocked.

As we work full time, don't worry if we don't get back immediately we will as soon as we get a mo.
